Conveyancing Fee Earner – Halifax

The Role
As an integral part of the Residential Property team, you will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion. The caseload will include a broad range of residential property matters, such as:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* Shared ownership transactions
* Help to Buy matters
Experience handling new build transactions would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
You will join a supportive and experienced team, with access to ongoing in-house training and structured career development.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
* At least 1 year’s conveyancing experience (PQE or equivalent)
* Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and legislation
* New build experience desirable but not required
