Job Description
As our Conference & Groups Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless planning, coordination and delivery of group bookings, meetings and events. You will:
* Manage all incoming conference, meeting and group enquiries from initial proposal to final invoicing.
* Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and exceeded.
* Coordinate with internal departments (Kitchen, Front Office, F&B, etc.) to guarantee smooth event operations.
* Maximise revenue opportunities through effective upselling and yield management.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and event details using Accor systems.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Conference, Events or Groups management within hospitality
* Strong organisational and negotiation skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Commercial acumen with a focus on driving revenue and guest satisfaction
* Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
