We're recruiting for a Welder to join a well-established manufacturer based in Poole, Dorset, producing high-quality sheet metal components for a range of specialist sectors including food production and aviation.

Key Responsibilities
In this Welder role, you'll be responsible for:
Welding thin gauge materials from 0.9mm to 3mm
Working from engineering drawings with precision
Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Following all safety and productivity procedures
Producing consistent, high-quality welded components
What we're looking for
To succeed as a Welder, you'll ideally have:
Proven welding experience with thin gauge materials
Time-served status or a recognised welding qualification
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Willingness to complete a weld test at interview stage
