NJR Recruitment are delighted to be once again recruiting for a well established company based on the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for an administrator to join their expanding wealth management support team.
Working within a friendly team, you will be providing day to day admin support and liaising with their high net worth clients
Duties will include:
Reception duties
Diary management
Produce client documents and collating reports
Answering calls and helping the clients/staff
Assisting with any compliance needs
General admin including filing, scanning etc
What do we need from you?
Previous experience as an administrator within financial planning
Excellent communication skills, including written communications
Strong attention to detail
Good use of computer software including Microsoft products
