Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the payroll function for the entire group
* Overseeing all payroll processes including RTI, PAYE, NI, auto-enrolment and benefits administration
* Managing relationships with HMRC and external stakeholders
* Ensuring timely production of all statutory payroll documents (e.g., P11Ds, P60s)
* Reviewing and enhancing payroll systems and controls (ideally with Dayforce experience)
* Leading and mentoring the payroll team
* Acting as the internal expert on all payroll-related matters
