Administrator – Full Time – King Alfred Leisure Centre

We are looking for an Administrator to support the General Manager with a range of key administrative duties that help keep the centre running smoothly.
Role Responsibilities
* Collate and input timesheet information into Excel spreadsheets and the in-house scheduling system.
* Assist with cash handling and reconciliation.
* Generate invoices, collect payment and input bookings into the system, liaising with hirers.
* Prepare financial and usage reports in time for the end‑of‑month close.
Requirements
* Experience in clerical and administrative support.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of work and working requirements.
* Strong interpersonal skills – able to negotiate and persuade both internally and externally.
* High level of professionalism and integrity, enthusiasm, and motivation.
* Capability to establish key relationships swiftly and appropriately.
* Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn Freedom Leisure’s in‑house system.
Hours
37 hours a week, Monday to Friday (rota basis).

Salary: up to £23,555 per annum.
