Candidate Profile
We are ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years’ experience across supply chain, procurement, or contract management, with exposure to complex, international environments. Candidates must have experience within the Energy & Natural Resources sectors.
Role Overview
End-to-End Contract Leadership
Take ownership of high-value, international contracting activity across the full lifecycle, from early-stage strategy and tendering through negotiation, award, and post-contract management. The role will be pivotal in delivering commercial value across the group.
Strategic Stakeholder Partnership
Work closely with senior leadership, operating subsidiaries, and key suppliers to develop aligned, commercially effective contracting strategies that unlock synergies and support broader business objectives.
Commercial Negotiation, Governance & Compliance
Lead complex negotiations and supplier onboarding processes, ensuring robust governance and due diligence standards are maintained while balancing commercial, operational, and risk considerations.
Function Build & Development
Join at a key growth stage and play a central role in shaping a more mature contracts and supply chain function. This includes implementing new tools, processes, and best-practice frameworks from the ground up.
