📍 Practice / Operations Manager – Accounting & Tax Practice | SW London | Full-Time, Office-Based
Key Responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping & bank reconciliations (Sage & Excel)
* Payroll and HR admin (Sage Payroll)
* VAT returns & annual accounts
* Client invoicing & debtor management
* Internal time tracking & billing support
* General business administration and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
* Organised, numerate, and detail-focused
* Excellent communicator with strong client service skills
* Proficient in Sage and MS Office (especially Excel)
* Able to work independently with discretion
