Brightwork is looking for a Receptionist/Accounts Person to join their team on a temporary, ongoing, and long-term basis. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), based within the Huntly area, working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Your Time at Work As a Receptionist & Accounts Assistant, your duties will include: - Provide professional support to our Finance team, undertaking a variety of administrative duties - Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, processing incoming and outgoing mail, - Purchase ledger and reconciling supplier statements - Usage of Sage, - Sales administration support - Supporting HR manager with Admin tasks - Communicate with external parties in a polite manner Our Perfect Worker If you possess the below, please apply: - Numerate, detail-oriented, analytical and enjoys problem-solving. - Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and be a good team player. - Ability to manage your time well to suit the needs of the business. - Attention to detail and comfortable handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information). - Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
