The Role
We are seeking a confident and organised Property Manager to oversee a residential lettings portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on inspections and day-to-day portfolio management rather than tenancy agreement drafting.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across the portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
The successful Property Manager will be offered:
1. Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
2. Opportunity to earn commission following successful completion of probation
3. 5 Day working week
4. Mileage allowance of 45p per mile

As a Property Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
6. Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
7. Conducting property inspections
8. Overseeing check-ins and check-outs
9. Managing inventories
10. Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination
11. Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
12. Ensuring compliance with current property legislation
13. Keeping accurate records using CRM systems such as Alto (or similar)
To be considered for the Property Manager role, you must have:
14. Proven experience in property management within the lettings industry (essential)
15. ARLA qualified or possess a strong working knowledge of current lettings legislation
16. Professional, personable and confident communicator
17. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
18. Comfortable conducting regular on-site inspections
19. Good local knowledge and ideally located close to the office
20. A team player who will fit well within a small, close-knit team
21. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
