The Role:
What will I be doing?
* Maintaining cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel, including lobby, guest fitness centre, laundry, corridors, and stairwells
* Cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities as required
* Vacuuming corridors and stairways
* Changing and replenishing towels and guest amenities according to guidelines
* Performing deep cleaning tasks regularly
* Restocking and maintaining the trolley daily
* Reporting missing or damaged items and ensuring replacements or repairs are made
* Ensuring all public areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness
* Being environmentally conscious in cleaning practices
* Disposing of waste appropriately
* Managing guest requests efficiently and promptly
* Complying with security, fire, health, and safety regulations
* Carrying out lost property procedures
* Assisting other departments and maintaining good working relationships
