What You’ll Be Doing
As a Store Supervisor, you'll help lead the store alongside management, ensuring smooth operations each shift. You’ll be responsible for:
5. Guiding and supporting your team to meet store goals and deliver great service
6. Resolving customer queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach
7. Ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organised
8. Assisting with stock deliveries and back-of-house organisation
9. Taking on keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store as needed

What We're Looking For

10. Experience in a retail leadership role such as Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Team Leader

13. The confidence to lead and the energy to make things happen
