Digital Performance Lead - Network Media Agency - 9 Months - Likely Start ASAP
A leading network agency in Central London is looking for a Digital Performance Lead to work on one of their highest spending accounts. This role is central to driving digital excellence across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and Display, with a strong focus on planning, execution, optimisation, and innovation.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day digital performance output, working closely with channel teams to ensure best in class delivery while inspiring new approaches to learning, measurement, and first-to-market opportunities. This is a great opportunity to shape a comprehensive, always-on digital performance strategy, directly drive results, and be an integral part of a high-profile account within the agency.
The Role:
* Lead a digital team to deliver holistic, innovative media plans across all digital channels.
* Ensure flawless campaign setup, execution, optimisation, and reporting across performance activity.
* Maintain accountability for daily performance monitoring, analysis, and insight generation, feeding into optimisation frameworks.
* Develop digital roadmaps and testing agendas, including innovative targeting and creative approaches.
* Act as a primary digital point of contact for the client, working alongside senior agency partners to deliver new to market opportunities.
* Collaborate with connections planning and CX teams to ensure digitally mature thinking is embedded into every stage of the planning process.
* Inspire teams to maximise use of tools, platforms, and data to deliver efficiencies, insight, and innovation.
* Remain commercially aware, with strong understanding of trading, accountability, and value delivery.
You:
* 8+ years' experience in digital performance marketing across multiple channels (Search, Social, Programmatic, Display).
* Strong strategic and hands-on planning skills with a track record of delivering results on complex, high spend accounts.
* Skilled at analysing data, extracting actionable insights, and consolidating specialist input into a coherent performance narrative.
* Confident in a client facing role, able to present persuasively and handle questioning.
* Strong understanding of attribution, measurement, and the digital ad tech landscape.
* Comfortable leading teams, holding stakeholders accountable, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
