About You
* Qualified accountant with significant experience in a non-audit service line, ideally accounts, advisory, or related services
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
* Strong client relationship management and business development experience
* Excellent technical knowledge of relevant reporting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or equivalent)
* Exceptional communicator, able to convey complex technical matters clearly and effectively
