Requirements
Must have:
- Experience in technical consultancy, pre-sales, or customer-facing project delivery within an MSP or IT reseller environment - Strong knowledge across IT infrastructure and security technologies - Experience working with technologies such as Sophos, Microsoft, N-Able, Mimecast, Barracuda, Fortinet (or similar vendors) - Strong proposal and tender writing experience - Excellent presentation and demonstration skills - Commercial awareness with the ability to articulate business value alongside technical detail - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences - Right to work in the UK - Relevant certifications across security, Microsoft, or vendor technologies are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver both chargeable and non-chargeable technical pre-sales services to new and existing customers - Build and maintain strong technical relationships with clients and prospects - Support opportunity qualification, discovery sessions, and technical account planning - Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, webinars, and customer-facing events - Design and execute tailored POCs - Evaluate competitive solutions and recommend best-fit technologies - Contribute to technical solution design and documentation
