* Meet and exceed agreed sales and margin targets.
* Establish excellent working relationships with customers.

* Work with key suppliers to target potential opportunities.
Requirements
* A strong background in field-based sales.
* Proven experience of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* New business development and account management experience.
