Job Description
Eton Clarke is working with a leading global investment bank seeking a Business Manager at the Vice President level of Seniority to support the EMEA Head of Derivatives Risk Solutions. This is a high-impact role within a core, revenue generating team focused on interest rate derivatives across Corporates, Sponsors, Infrastructure & Project Finance, and Emerging Markets clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Head of Desk to manage day-to-day operations, strategy execution, and growth initiatives.
* Oversee pipeline tracking, revenue reporting, and business analytics across EMEA.
* Prepare internal presentations and senior management updates.
* Coordinate with global teams (US/APAC) and cross-functional partners (Finance, Risk, Compliance, COO).
* Organise business events, internal roadshows, and offsites.
* Drive operational improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
* Support headcount planning, cost control, and team performance tracking.
Candidate Profile:
* Vice President level within a Markets, Risk Solutions, or Derivatives platform.
* Strong understanding of IRDs and related derivatives used in financing and hedging solutions.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders, projects, and business performance in a front-office environment.
* Commercially minded, analytical, and highly organised.
