Our client is seeking a skilled Family Solicitor with 3-4 years PQE or more to advise and support clients on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and private law Children Act cases.
The Redhill based department is expanding, and as it assists clients from London and the surrounding areas, with HNW and UHNW clients, the new Family professional will be skilled and confident with clients of this nature.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of private family matters, including:
* Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships
* Financial provision for children and separation agreements
* Cohabitation agreements
* Child arrangements

* Strong ability to manage client expectations and build effective relationships
* Conscientious, hardworking, with excellent critical thinking, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Capable of meeting strict deadlines, targets, and client protocols, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
* Competent practitioner and advocate with proficient file management skills
* A proven team player, able to collaborate effectively and support junior team members
* Demonstrated commitment to securing new business through client referrals and business development activities
