Overview:
* Pay: £13.68 - £27.36 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
* Hours: Flexible pattern available, pick and choose the shifts you want every week. 12-hour shift pattern including days and waking nights

The main responsibilities of a support worker includes:
* Ensuring physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
* Supporting residents during recreational activities within the services and out in the community
* Promoting independence and celebrating achievements and milestones of the residents;
* Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and any incidents should they arise;
* General housekeeping duties depending on the service and it's requirements
We are looking for people who care and have:
* A minimum of 6 months experience working within a care setting in the UK
* A compassionate and caring nature
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
* Resilience and patience when faced with challenges
* A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team
* Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts
