Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Enquiries Administrator at KT Healthcare. The Enquiries Administrator will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, answering enquries, maintaining client records, and providing administrative support to therapists. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience in healthcare administration or customer service is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* High school diploma or equivalent
