What You’ll Do
✨ Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across secondary subjects
✨ Help students with SEND, SEMH, or learning needs access lessons
✨ Build positive relationships that boost confidence and independence
✨ Work full-time alongside teachers and SENCOs to keep pupils engaged

Experience with young people (schools, youth work, coaching, or care)
A patient, positive, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
