You will be working on a full - time, permanent basis, 48 hours per week, on an 5 on 3 off pattern, with start times between 05:00 and 05:30. What you will do on a typical day: Work as a Van Driver delivering to customers homes with care, professionalism and great service representing GXO and IKEA while building the foundations of your HGV career Ensuring the vehicle and stock are properly secured Performing vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and reporting all defects What you need to succeed at GXO: Full UK driving licence No more than6current penalty points A positive, can-do attitude Reliability, good communication and teamwork Physical capability to lift/move items Multi-drop experience is useful but not essential We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
