Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the management, development, promotion of tourism, hospitality and events at Cawdor Estate with a strong link to the sporting enterprises.
Regular travel across the Estate is undertaken so a driver's licence is required for the role.
Responsibilities
* Varied role overseeing daily hospitality operations.
* Administration of bookings and invoicing.
* Supervise and manage team members, including training and rotas.
* Coordinate menu creation between parties and chefs.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the establishment.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to optimise operational efficiency.
* Implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.
* Liaising with local operators, agents, and media.
* Development, management and delivery of enterprise budgets. Attending business and budget meetings.
* Business development.
* Writing and presenting reports to senior team members.
Requirements
* Proven experience in hospitality management.
* Must be enthusiastic, committed and flexible.
* Supervising experience with strong team management skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
* A very keen eye for detail and desire to achieve excellent standards is essential.
* Good communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a fast-paced setting.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
