Job Description
This supportive, collegiate Private Client department is keen to hire a Legal Secretary or experienced Legal Administrator to be a key part of the team in its London office.
In this role you'll be undertaking a range of secretarial and administrative tasks including:
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients
* Diary management
* Opening & closing files
* Dealing with client correspondence
* Document management
The role would suit you if you are a Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator with:
* A year or more of experience in a similar role
* Experience of working in a law firm
* An interest in private client work
* A team focused attitude
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
You won't need a law degree, just the right experience and a positive attitude.
