Job Responsibilities
* Increase revenue by introducing members to personal training services. Follow up with and manage leads.
* Retain personal training clients through excellent customer service & follow-up. Understand reporting and implementation of course correction.
* Keep up with client program design to maximize client results.
* Work with all department heads to deliver on brand promise.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* Current CPR certification.
* Certifications: NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer or B.S. in Exercise Science (or similar). Current CPR required.
* 1-2 Years as a Personal Trainer preferred.
* Preferred: Prior management experience in gym or retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, and create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
* Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures. Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation
Base salary $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour. (Please note: compensation may vary based on experience and location.)
