We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Clerical Assistant/Receptionist to provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to the Substance Misuse Service.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently using initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team. You should have experience with electronic systems, the ability to prioritize tasks within tight deadlines, and previous experience in a similar healthcare role. Skills in fast, accurate audio typing (digital dictation), IT, knowledge of medical terminology, clinic management, and a relevant qualification such as HNC are essential.
This role requires flexibility to work across various locations within Forth Valley, primarily based at St Ninians Health Centre. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the area are essential.
The successful candidate must complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
