We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness will contribute significantly to our reputation for excellence in service.
Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established procedures.
* Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed.
* Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly.
* Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of public areas within the hotel.
* Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing friendly and courteous service to guests.
Skills
* Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
* Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential.
* Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is beneficial but not required.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
