Main duties
* Undertake daily site inspections, open/close procedures and monitor security systems.
* Carry out minor repairs, maintain external grounds and support planned maintenance activity.
* Complete and log health & safety checks, assist with risk assessments and statutory records.
* Support lettings, set up for events and ensure the site meets standards for external users.
* Liaise with contractors, keep accurate records and support the Site Manager with premises projects.
Person specification
* Experience in premises or facilities roles with practical maintenance skills and H&S awareness.
* Good organisational skills, able to keep clear records and follow compliance procedures.
* Proactive, flexible and able to work across Bradford, available to start January 2026.
* Confident working with colleagues, suppliers and school leaders to maintain high site standards.
