What You Will Do In This Role
As an Account Executive within the Go‑to‑Market organization, you will manage key client relationships, develop account strategies, and drive business growth, reporting directly to the Sector Portfolio Leader.
Sector Knowledge and Expertise
* Demonstrates a clear understanding of clients’ business objectives, strategies, and industry context, supporting portfolio strategy development.
* Holds strong knowledge of BPO and Technical Services within assigned accounts and industry sector.
* Communicates expertise at internal and external forums.
Account Management and Business Growth
* Builds and maintains long‑term client relationships across the buyer personas (CIO, CMO, CTO, CXO).
* Develops profitable strategic account plans addressing whitespace, cross‑sell, up‑sell, and full Concentrix service integration, meeting revenue and margin KPIs.
* Ensures clients benefit from Concentrix technology offerings, aligning solutions with business opportunities.
* Installs and manages account governance and risk mitigation frameworks.
* Exhibits gravitas and maturity in engaging C‑Level stakeholders.
* Achieves exceptional client satisfaction, works with Client Success and other teams to ensure high‑quality delivery, and drives improvement plans.
* Acts as first point of escalation, addresses inquiries, resolves issues, and escalates to Portfolio Leaders as needed.
* Analyzes market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations.
* Supports Portfolio and Sector growth strategy execution alongside leaders.
Collaboration and Coordination
* Works closely with Portfolio and Sector Leads and internal teams to align account activities.
* Leverages internal resources to deliver high‑value, profitable solutions.
* Shares insights, best practices, and supports account tasks with the broader team.
Reporting and Analytics
* Monitors, tracks, and reports on account performance metrics to Portfolio Leaders.
* Collects and shares client feedback and insights for strategy refinement.
* Prepares regular performance reports for clients.
Professional Development
* Stays updated on industry trends, emerging tech, and best practices.
* Participates in training and development programs.
* Seeks opportunities for professional growth within Concentrix.
Your Qualifications

Concentrix Is a Great Match If You Have
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
* Minimum 5 years of account or client relationship management experience, preferably in BPO or technology services.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
* Analytical ability to use data insights for account strategy.
* Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
* Team collaboration aptitude.
* Understanding of Concentrix terminology “Portfolio” as a sub‑group of accounts within a sector.
