Your new role
As a Planner / Scheduler, you'll be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance works across a busy housing portfolio. Your day will involve:
Scheduling operatives and subcontractors
Managing diaries and allocating jobs efficiently
Liaising with tenants to arrange appointments
Monitoring progress and ensuring repairs are completed within target times
Updating systems and maintaining accurate records

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in social housing is essential
Strong background in planning, scheduling, or coordinating repairs
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines
Confident using housing or repairs management systems
