Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive Payroll Administrator to join a growing finance team in London, taking ownership of payroll operations across multiple international locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on payroll experience to step into a broader, more autonomous role with global exposure and real scope to improve processes.
The Role
* Coordinate end-to-end payroll across the UK, US, Australia, Dubai, and international contractors via outsourced providers
* Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries, working closely with the People team (New York) and external payroll bureaus
* Prepare and post payroll journals, and perform balance sheet reconciliations
* Support year-end processes and audit requirements
* Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, drive efficiencies, and introduce automation
About You
* 2+ years’ payroll experience, ideally within a multi-entity or international environment
* Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and controls
* Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
* Exposure to payroll accounting (journals, reconciliations)
* Systems experience (e.g. NetSuite or similar ERP) is beneficial
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different regions
* A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and driving efficiencies
