Role Description
We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity to join our dynamic Central Functions Change team as a Data BA. In this role, you will collaborate with change experts who are trusted partners in driving our business towards achieving our strategic objectives.
As part of the Central Functions Change team, you will play a key role in:
1. Creating a single consolidated and granular data solution for financial reporting and analysis to support our Finance Transformation journey. Working closely with Finance stakeholders, data scientists, architects, and IT teams, you will understand and analyze business requirements, gather data, and support our data-driven strategy.
2. Supporting the development, testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation of solutions by collaborating with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
3. Learning from previous experiences and participating in post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions, and knowledge-sharing to ensure continuous improvement.

Salary: Circa £70,000
Location: Guildford (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities include:
* Understanding current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business environments and systems landscape.
* Defining requirements to meet the Finance team's objectives aligned with Allianz UK Data Strategy, translating data analysis into actionable insights.
* Collaborating with Product teams to design and implement data solutions.
* Assessing and managing the impact of requirements on data processing.
* Supporting testing and implementation phases with stakeholders.
* Participating in reviews and knowledge sharing for continuous learning.
Essential Skills include:
* Proficiency with mainstream data tools and familiarity with Data Modelling, Warehousing, and architecture concepts.
* A successful track record in data-oriented Change roles involving complex deliveries.
* Ability to work with stakeholders to prototype requirements for iterative report development.
* Understanding of Master & Reference Data, Data Quality, and Data Governance.
* Experience working within an Agile framework.
Desirable Skills include excellent stakeholder management and effective communication of complex data concepts.
