The Acute and Diagnostic Admin Team are looking for a new team member to support the Management Team by providing high level administrative support and ensuring information is available for decision making to maximise effective use of management time. The post holder will also support varied project work, enabling this work to be progressed and implemented.
Responsibilities
* Provide high level administrative support to the Management Team.
* Support varied project work to move initiatives forward and implement them.
* Communicate effectively with a wide range of staff including Senior Managers, Medics and Administrative staff.
* Multitask, learn complex processes, maintain attention to detail and demonstrate a can‑do attitude.
Qualifications & attributes
* Experience in a fast paced office environment.
* Strong communication skills with a wide range of staff.
* Ability to pick up processes quickly and work with accuracy.
