We are rolling out our Outdoor Education Development Programme offer across schools and children’s homes in the area. We are looking for multi skilled outdoor instructors to work across the region and deliver a range of outdoor educational activities as part of this programme. This is a full-time year-round role, with potential for personal and professional growth and development. Who Are We Looking For You will have a range of qualifications in a variety of outdoor activities. You will be passionate about the outdoors and share this passion with others. You will have experience and qualifications in outdoor activities and been willing to work with our staff team to develop these further. Each day is different and the majority of the sessions you will deliver will be long term, building skills and confidence over the year with our participants. This is not your normal outdoor centre job the possibilities are only limited by your imagination (& Qualifications!) You will need to be an excellent communicator and have great people skills. You should be able to manage a group in potentially challenging situations. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, however we are excited to hear from applicants with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and outdoor skills.
