Duties as a Car Sales Manager
* Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and surpass sales targets
* Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service standards and valuing customer feedback
* Organise and execute engaging sales campaigns and promotional events to boost sales performance
* Analyse market trends and customer insights to develop targeted sales strategies
* Collaborate with different departments to maintain accurate all customer records and data integrity
* Act as a role model for the brand, promoting best practices and leading by example in all aspects of the sales operation
* Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines at all times
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager within a franchise‑approved dealership is highly desirable; however, motivated Business Managers seeking career progression are encouraged to apply
