Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Agent, based on-site in Liverpool. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer service requests, solving problems, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions. The role requires strong communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
