We are working on behalf of a manufacturing group of companies, looking for a Sales Development Executive to join on a permanent basis. Originally a family-run business in the area for more than half a century, recently acquired by my client and incorporated into the group. This part of the business has shown regular and organic growth and boasts a loyal customer base. The role will be all about converting warm business. Leads will come in through other parts of the business, inbound enquiries, third-party marketing partners and existing customers. Sales will involve both unit sales (manufactured products often used in production and manufacturing facilities) as well as selling as a service (subcontracting). Role & Responsibilities * Managing and building strong customer relationships * Contacting existing customers for repeat business, upselling, and identifying needs for the group's products and services * Looking for new customers and developing new sales leads * Working with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns * Preparing and sending quotations, following up, and closing sales. * Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. * Entering orders into the company’s ERP system * Continually updating the CRM system Package & Benefits: * Up to £35k 30% bonus * Half day every Friday! * 25 days holiday Bank holidays If you have experience in B2B sales, maybe a year or more, and would like a position with lots of growth opportunities, then this could be a great option for you
