Job Description
RESPONSIBLE TO: UK Recruitment Manager
PURPOSE OF THE POST: To assist in coordinating and delivering recruitment outreach activities and events, and develop the University's links with partners such as schools and colleges.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
* Represent the University at recruitment events such as Higher Education Exhibitions and careers fairs across the UK and Ireland.
* Assist with the coordination and delivery of student recruitment activities, mainly focusing on school pupil engagement, liaising with university stakeholders, school pupils, and external partners.
* Develop and deliver resources for workshops and presentations related to student recruitment and outreach events.
* Evaluate activities for student recruitment, ensuring successful delivery and assessment.
* Build positive relationships with prospective applicants and school pupils.
* Ensure activities run smoothly with logistical arrangements made timely.
* Promote opportunities for study and engagement, including via Degree Link and other access programs.
* Maintain notes of meetings and project files, keeping them up-to-date.

Degree in relevant subject or relevant experience
