* 37.5 hours per week

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Processing purchase invoices & credit notes
* Raising purchase orders and checking cost centre & nominal coding
* Ensuring overheads & costs are posted correctly
* Preparing payment runs and ensuring timely supplier payments
* Liaising with FM regarding funds for payments
* Supplier statement & account reconciliations
* Communicating with suppliers about queries and credit terms
* Setting up new supplier accounts and checking payment terms & credit limits
* Monitoring finance inbox and responding to queries
* Managing conflicting purchase invoices to meet KPI targets
* Working towards finance & business KPIs
* Performing bank reconciliations
* Raising Contra’s as needed
* Assisting with audit queries
Personal Specifications
* Proactive with initiative and a positive outlook
* Willing to learn and develop professionally
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
* Experience in a similar role required
* Sage x3 experience is advantageous
