In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of Team Leaders across Sales and Aftersales, championing a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and service, ensuring our customers and stakeholders receive nothing short of exceptional.
What you’ll be doing:
* Inspiring and developing Team Leaders to smash targets and deliver top-tier service
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders and OEM partners
* Driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives
* Leading by example with confident, consistent, and collaborative leadership
* Owning KPIs and performance metrics with a sharp eye for improvement
What we’re looking for:
* Proven leadership in a fast-paced contact centre (automotive a plus!)
* Strong grasp of sales & aftersales processes
* Confident communicator and stakeholder influencer
* Skilled in performance management, coaching, and team development
* Tech-savvy with CRM and MS Office know-how
