We are seeking Plant Operatives for our client, based in Belfast.
Responsibilities
* Upload/reload cylinder pallets/vehicles
* Identify and segregate cylinders for approval to scrap
* Identify and segregate cylinders for re-qualification, refurbish or powder coating
* Internally/externally inspect cylinders
* Shot blast cylinders as required
* Tare weigh, stencil, valve, gas charge and leak test cylinders before returning to customer
* Carry out quality checks throughout the production process as required
* Report any quality issues to the Chargehand or PTS Manager
* Load cylinders for scrapping
* Housekeeping as required
* Refurbish valves as required
* Drive shunt vehicle and fork lift truck as required
* Carry out all duties in accordance with the current standards and specifications
* Engineering and maintenance duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years production experience is essential

Salary: Overtime Rate £21.71 per hour.Work Time: Monday to Thursday 6am-4pm (Optional Overtime until 5pm), Friday 6am-1pm (Optional Overtime until 3pm), Saturday (Optional Overtime 6am-10pm).Industrial Temps is an equal opportunities employer.
