OCO.eu is proud to be opening a brand new Starbucks store on Carlisle High Street – and we’re looking for a Store Manager to lead it from day one.
As a licensed Starbucks partner, OCO.eu operates a growing network of Starbucks stores across the UK. Our mission? To create a sense of belonging for our Customers and Partners. It helps that we make amazing coffee too!
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to launch and shape the store, build and inspire a new team, and bring the Starbucks experience to life in Carlisle.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the full store launch from pre-opening through to day-to-day operations
* Hiring, developing and managing a high-performing team of baristas and shift supervisors
* Creating a welcoming store environment where partners (employees) thrive and customers feel at home
* Ensuring operational excellence, product quality, and consistent service
* Driving store performance, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance
* Embodying and championing the Starbucks values of connection, inclusion, and community
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or food & beverage environment (coffee/QSR is a plus!)
* A people-first manager who can coach, motivate, and lead by example
* Passion for customer experience and building community connections
* Operational know-how – confident managing performance, costs, and compliance
* Excited to be part of a growing company and a brand new store launch
