Program Manager – EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations

We are seeking a highly quantitative, detail-oriented, and process-driven Program Manager to join our central EMEA team.
The mission of the team is to maximize business performance by serving as an objective, trusted partner to the sales organization. This is achieved through strategic planning, driving critical cross-functional projects, and ensuring operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be part of the central EMEA group, focusing on reporting, planning, and operational processes, while working closely with cross-functional partners to drive the execution of strategic decisions. The role requires a combination of strategic and operational planning, strong analytical problem-solving, and effective stakeholder management. Candidates must thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Support strategic, business, and operational planning, including leadership meetings and offsites, ensuring alignment on key priorities and opportunities.
* Scope, lead, and deliver critical projects and initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
* Drive efficiency in processes such as KPIs, revenue reporting, annual planning, quota setting, portfolio selection, opex, and headcount management.
* Collaborate with global teams to scale best practices and ensure alignment with global processes.
* Conduct revenue and performance analysis to identify growth trends, monitor forecasts, and explain deviations; consolidate and present insights to leadership.
* Lead EMEA-wide projects and implement global program frameworks for local execution.
* Manage ad-hoc business requests with autonomy.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience leading strategy and operations projects in consulting, corporate strategy/operations, investment banking, private equity, or a technology company.
* Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to address complex business challenges.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large/complex databases.
* Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders at all levels; ability to design, lead, and execute analysis while effectively communicating insights.
* Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data visualization and building scalable reporting tools.
* Background in the digital media industry, with an understanding of organizational dynamics and large-scale operations.
