You will be working closely with class teachers to support individual students or small groups, helping to raise attainment, promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities of Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA): Support teaching and learning under the guidance of the class teacher, both in and out of the classroom. Assist with the planning and delivery of targeted interventions. Provide 1:1 support for students with additional needs or EHCPs. Help maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment. Monitor student progress and support assessment activities. Work collaboratively with staff, parents and external agencies as required. Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable). Previous experience working in a primary or secondary school setting is preferred. A caring, proactive and patient approach to supporting learners. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
