General Manager - New High-Volume Restaurant Opening
Hull | £50,000 + £5K Tronc + Bonus up to £20,000
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new, high-capacity, multi-cuisine restaurant in Hull.
Must have:
Proven track record in high-volume dining operations
Ideally experience in Asian or multi-cuisine concepts
Strong leadership and financial management skills
The role:
Lead the full pre-opening process and operational setup
Recruit, train and inspire a large team
Drive sales, profitability and exceptional guest experience
Ensure top-tier health, safety and service standards
Salary & Benefits:
£50,000 basic + £5,000 Tronc
Bonus potential up to £20,000
