The Role:
We are looking for a Vietnamese - Speaking Management Accountant to join our client. This position is crucial in strengthening financial collaboration between the UK leadership team and the Vietnam production facility. The role requires proficient business - level Vietnamese language skills and offers a clear pathway for progression as the company continues to grow in new markets.
You will work closely with both financial and non - financial stakeholders across the UK and Vietnam, supporting operational performance, financial strategy, and cross - border communication. This is a full - time, permanent role reporting to the UK - based Finance Lead and the CEO.
The position is predominantly on - site, 5 days per week, with some flexibility for home working or adjusted hours to support collaboration with colleagues in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Forecasting Oversee financial planning cycles, ensuring accurate and timely budgets and forecasts aligned across UK and Vietnam operations.
Cross - Border Stakeholder Support Act as the financial bridge between UK directors and the Vietnamese production facility, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and smooth communication.
Supply Chain & Production Finance Work closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimise costs, processes, and operational efficiency.
Financial Analysis Provide insights that support commercial decision - making and drive group - wide performance.
Reporting Produce detailed management accounts, variance analysis, and financial models to support strategic planning and operational oversight.
Desirable Skills:
Qualified or part - qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Strong proficiency in business Vietnamese (spoken and written)
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or supply chain/production finance
Excellent analytical and problem - solving capabilities
Strong communication skills with both financial and non - financial stakeholders
Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel
