Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Music lessons that engage and inspire students across all key stages.
2. Contribute to the development of the Music curriculum, including Sixth Form provision.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
4. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum innovation.
6. Lead or contribute to extracurricular activities such as ensembles, performances, and school productions.
7. Engage in ongoing professional development to continually refine your practice.
