The role You’ll join as Lead Product Manager, owning a suite of products and building the next generation of connectivity and IoT solutions to involve public safety, utilities, defence, transport, and critical infrastructure. You will own the strategy and execution of your product portfolio to deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes. This isn’t about feature releases. It’s about shaping platforms that keep organisations connected when it matters most. Your responsibilities Manage and improve a suite of mission-critical communication products Partner with R&D, Sales and Engineering to build next-generation tech Listen to customers and turn real pain points into real-world solutions Take products into new global markets using their established presence Build internal product frameworks that enable pace and consistency Influence strategy across teams and help shape future product culture Product delivery with engineering, GTM readiness with marketing, sales enablement and commercial growth ownership P&L ownership and commercial KPIs such as revenue growth and margin improvement across product lines What makes this company different This isn’t just another tech business. Who you are You’ve taken connected products to market before. You’ve worked across the lifecycle, helped teams scale and know how to make complex products simple for customers.
