Early Career Teaching Pool - Secondary - Warwickshire
Location: Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Southam, Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas
Salary: £150-£200 per day (paid weekly)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Part-time or full-time available
Contract: Long term and temp to perm roles available

If you didn\'t manage to secure a teaching role to start at the beginning of September, Twenty4Seven Education is here to support you. We will help you find the right Secondary School and give you the guidance you need to begin your induction with confidence.

Vetting & Compliance
* Right to Work in the UK (No Limitations)
* Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (Child/Child & Adult Workforce)
* Reference checks covering the last 2 years of employment or education
Responsibilities
* Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils\' well-being following statutory provisions
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging high-quality lessons tailored to the curriculum and student needs
* Assess, record and report on the progress of students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed
* Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports positive behaviour and mutual respect, following the school\'s behaviour policy
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers to support student progress and wellbeing
Qualifications & Experience
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Had positive feedback during teaching placement(s)
* Read the DfE Keeping Children Safe in Education (2025 document)
* Has strong subject knowledge in line with the National Curriculum (roles to suit all subject areas)
