The Role
We’re looking for a trailblazer to lead a brand-new department at Bodyswaps. This is your opportunity to take the reins, define the role, and drive real impact at the cutting edge of VR and AI technology.
As the architect of this new function, you’ll strengthen and expand on high-profile relationships with partners like Meta, while sourcing new commercial opportunities that push us into exciting, uncharted territory. You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, influence direction, and make your mark on a growing global business.

While you may be naturally independent, success in this role means working closely with all departments across our international team to ensure we’re aligned, agile, and accelerating forward together.

Key responsibilities
* Maintaining a self starter attitude - the responsibility lies with you.
* Being an internal advocate for our partners.
* Managing all our partners and ensuring they have the resources needed to be successful
* Driving the commercial arm of this department. Helping resellers close new customers and renew existing ones.
* Being the first point of contact for any partnership enquiries.
* Building strategies for our markets across the world and then leading on implementation.
* Spearheading marketing campaigns to energise existing partners and to attract new ones.
Requirements
Must-haves include:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Commercial experience where you’ve proven that you can build relationships
* Working knowledge of the immersive learning market or the ability to learn new software quickly
* Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
* Exceptional knowledge of industry tools
* Can work with both the fortune 100 and smaller resellers with ease and precision
Qualifications
* Experience: Demonstrable experience in partnership management, preferably within the SaaS or EdTech industries.
* Skills:
* Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the EdTech or VR/AR industry.
* Familiarity with AI-driven learning solutions.
Location
Hybrid working, with one day required in office per week. Our London office is based in Shoreditch (EC2A).
